Be a Voice for Access in Your Community
The State of Access is a statewide community survey to explore the current state of sexual and reproductive health needs in Nebraska.
We’ll use the results to understand the full picture and inform collaborative efforts to expand access through investment, education, community engagement, and public policy—but we need your help!
How to Use This Toolkit
Each and every one of us is a community connector. Whether you’re a passionate community member, a reproductive health advocate, or a healthcare professional, you can help bolster access to care for all Nebraskans by sharing the survey.
This toolkit contains communications materials to help you reach potential survey participants in your orbit, which will allow us to amplify voices east to west.
Contents of the toolkit are organized by messenger:
- Are you a healthcare or direct services provider?
- A peer nonprofit engaging in advocacy and community engagement work?
- An independent advocate or community member looking to get involved?
No matter where you sit, we’ve created materials you can use to get the word out. Download a Spanish version of this toolkit here.

Hi! I’m reaching out to share this community survey from Reproductive Health Collaborative Nebraska. RHCN invests in the sexual and reproductive health of Nebraskans through education, advocacy, and support of a statewide network of providers.
If you have a few moments to spare, The State of Access is a new survey to explore sexual and reproductive health needs across Nebraska.
